I'm having trouble logging in

I believe I should have premium but I'm having trouble accessing it

Enter the email you use for your account. We'll send you a link so you can get immediate access while we fix things on our side.

How do I cancel my account?

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "My Account" (or the account button)
  3. Scroll down to the "Billing" section
  4. Click "Manage Billing"
  5. Cancel your subscription in the Stripe portal
Note: If you have trouble with self-cancellation, you can email support@gameonfamily.com, but it may take up to 2 business days for us to process it. The fastest way is to self-cancel using the steps above.
