How do I cancel my account?
Log into your account
Click "My Account" (or the account button)
Scroll down to the "Billing" section
Click "Manage Billing"
Cancel your subscription in the Stripe portal
Note:
If you have trouble with self-cancellation, you can email
support@gameonfamily.com
, but it may take up to 2 business days for us to process it. The fastest way is to
self-cancel
using the steps above.
