That second one matters more than it sounds. Every imposter game in the app stores needs everyone in the group to download something before anyone can play, and a party dies while five people wait for an install to finish. Playing online versus in the same room
Both work, and they are the same game. If your group is together, the version on the main game page deals each player their word on a shared screen. If people are spread across cities, time zones, or just different rooms in one house, online is the one you want.
